Symmetry have an authorised service agent. Electromod owned and run by Mark Dolbear.

Mark's wide experience in high end audio service started in 1994. He was the service manager at Path Premier and was responsible for servicing some of the finest high end brands. These include Mark Levinson, Cello, Proceed, Faroudja, Bow Technologies, Revel, Audio Alchemy and Stax.

In 2004 Mark left his employment and set up his own service company. High End Workshop. At this time he was appointed authorised service agent for Symmetry. All Stax service is performed by Mark. This includes general servicing of Earspeakers and energisers and rebuilding of older systems where possible.

In 2011 Electromod was created as a high end audio distribution company and High End Workshop was absorbed in to this new company.

In 2014 Mark setup a Stax spare parts business. This covers the entire range of parts for all current and some older Stax Lambda Earspeakers. The catalogue of parts is the widest in the world and shipping is available worldwide.
